Power comes from a Huawei motor capable of delivering up to 207 kW (or 278 hp) for impressive performance characteristics, including a top speed of 180 km/h. The sedan is fitted with lithium iron phosphate batteries supplied by CALB, ensuring robust energy storage and efficiency.
With the launch of the bZ7, GAC Toyota aims to leverage local technological advancements while maintaining Toyota’s standards for quality and reliability. This approach reflects a broader trend among foreign automakers in China who are increasingly collaborating with domestic tech leaders to meet growing consumer demands for cutting-edge features and competitive pricing.
