Commercial vehicle sales also showed signs of weakness, with figures dropping from the previous month and falling short compared to last December’s numbers.

Despite these challenges at home, BYD’s international expansion remains strong, driven by growing demand in key markets such as Europe and Southeast Asia where its electric vehicles enjoy robust acceptance. The company has been investing heavily in overseas manufacturing capabilities to meet rising global demand.
