Volkswagen Unveils ID. Era EREV Crossover for China in 2026
Volkswagen Group China CEO, Ralf Brandstaetter, revealed details of the upcoming Volkswagen ID. Era electric range-extending vehicle (EREV) crossover designed specifically for the Chinese market. The production version closely resembles its concept car predecessor and is set to debut in 2026, with a potential appearance at the Beijing Auto Show.The ID. Era will be VW's first EREV SUV developed in collaboration with SAIC.
